Automated cell counter ADAM™ MC2
Description
ADAMTM - MC II is the new standard for automated fluorescence cell counter. ADAMTM stands for Advanced Detection and Accurate Measurement. ADAMTM - MC II utilizes sensitive fluorescence dye staining, using propidium iodide (PI) or acridine orange (AO), which intercalates DNA to stain the nucleus of target cells. This allows ADAMTM - MC II to measure the number of total cells, viable cells, non-viable cells and calculate viability.
