ADAMTM - MC II is the new standard for automated fluorescence cell counter. ADAMTM stands for Advanced Detection and Accurate Measurement. ADAMTM - MC II utilizes sensitive fluorescence dye staining, using propidium iodide (PI) or acridine orange (AO), which intercalates DNA to stain the nucleus of target cells. This allows ADAMTM - MC II to measure the number of total cells, viable cells, non-viable cells and calculate viability.

  • 25 sec. analysis
  • 3 step analysis protocol
  • 0,99 R2, compared to Flow cytometry
  • 13 μL loading volume
  • 3,4 μL analysed

ADAMTM - MC II, is available with 21 CFR part 11 approved software. Perfect, depending on the cell types (Whole blood cell, PBMCs, etc.), for monitoring cells during the manufacturing of cell therapy products.
