Quartzmicrofiber filters Grade QM-A from Whatman achieve fast filtration and have a high loading capacity. Manufactured without chemical binders from high-purity SiO₂ microfibers. Filtration speeds generally much higher than conventional cellulose paper filters. Efficient separation of micron and sub-micron sized particles. Ideal for use in flat, perforated Büchner funnels.

Recommended usage:

  • Air sampling in acidic gases, stacks, flues.
  • Aerosol testing.
  • PM2.5/PM10-testing.
  • Heavy metal analysis.
  • Suitable for low-suction filtration.
  • Usable up to 800 °C.
