The pH electrode InLab® Viscous Pro-ISM from Mettler-Toledo has been especially developed for viscous and highly glutinous samples. The SteadyForce™ reference system is under pressure (3 bar) and guarantees the discharge of electrolytes, even with the most glutinous and fatty of samples, e.g. cosmetics, paints or resins. The form has been chosen so that as little of the sample as possible adheres to the shaft and to facilitate cleaning. The result is a problem solver for most difficult sample types, the highly viscous materials. Shipped without cable.

Measurements in solid or viscous samples is challenging and requires electrodes which are robust, ensure correct flow of electrolyte, and that are easy to clean. Sensors with these traits are often used for applications in the industries of food, beverage, and cosmetics.

ISM - Intelligent Sensor Management: When the electrode is connected to an ISM-compatible instrument, it offers the option for safe and automatic documentation. The calibration data and sensor ID for the ISM sensor is automatocally transferred to the instrument, and the sensor saves the factory-issued calibration, as well as the latest 5 calibrations. In addition, the maximum temperature that the sensor has been exposed to, will be logged.
