Sartorius glass filter holder, type 16307, with 250 mL funnel for membrane filters D47-50 mm. The membrane filter is supported by a PTFE ring and a glass frit. Recommended for particle removal, solution cleansing, and sterile filtering, even with viscous liquids such as oil. Used in a suction flask with rubber or silicone stopper. Diameter of the funnel stalk is 15 mm. Only for vacuum filtration.

Can be sterilized using the following methods:

• Autoclave up to 134 °C
• Heat sterilizing up to 180 °C
• Flaming
• Other methods according to ISO 8199
