ChemiLITE gel-documentation sytem

ChemiLITE is used to visualise chemiluminiscence from substrates and is an excellent replacement for traditional X-ray imaging techniques. The product is ideal for different blots, like Western blots. Protein can be detected at picogram and femtogram levels. ChemiLITE is user-friendly and is easy to use with the included software.

With a cooled CCD High Quantum Efficency (QE) camera, the unit is able to create images with a high level of sensitivity and low background levels. The greatly reduced background levels also makes it possible to take pictures with a longer exposure time. The camera has a 4 megapixel resolution and can take images of up to 16m pixels of blots at sizes up to 11 x 8 cm. 
A white LED EPI light also helps position blots and can detect colored marker bands.

The product has a small footprint and fits in many laboratory spaces with no need for creating complicated, multi-unit setups.
