uniSPEC 2 is an inexpensive, basic UV/VIS-spectrophotometer suitable for pharmaceutical, biochemical and clinical lab applications as well as routine measurements such as wavelength scans, quantitative analysis, multi-wavelength and DNA/Protein analysis. A reliable and robust instrument that is easy to operate.
The included software provides a complete control of the spectrophotometer from a computer using the built-in USB port.
In case of a sudden power cut the data can be restored. It is possible to store and save 200 calibration curves. Automatic wavelength setting, auto-zero and blank measurements.
Both lamps can be individually turned on/off to extend the durability. A pre-adjusted lamp design allows a fast and easy lamp replacement.
