The well geometry is an important criterion for a 96-well cell culture plate. TPP offers two types of wells: F-bottom (flat) with excellent optical properties and U-bottom (round). F-bottom is suitable for precise optical measurements, as the light is not disturbed by the geometry, and for microscopy applications (bottom loading). U-bottom without a rim is suitable for pipetting. It is used for agglutination tests and "+/-" evaluations.
All TPP products are made from the highest quality raw materials and without the addition of additives or plasticizers. The products are free from RNA/DNA, RNase/DNase, Pyrogen/Endotoxin/- Cytotoxic and are supplied sterile. A certificate for each manufacturing lot can be provided.
