Many of our customers have documentation requirements, and we have extensive experience with validation and qualification, where we assist in the preparation of IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, etc. For much of our equipment, we have ready-made IO/OQ/PQ protocols, and a lot of equipment can be delivered with FAT and SAT tests from the manufacturer. 

In addition to this, we can offer authorized service and annual agreements carried out by our trained technicians, ensuring that you continuously have control over your documentation. We can assist with documentation and the preparation of IQ/OQ/PQ as well as mapping, etc., for refrigerators, freezers, climate cabinets, freeze dryers, centrifuges, autoclaves, shaking incubators, bioreactors, heating cabinets, data loggers, central monitoring systems, viscometers, etc. 

If you have questions regarding validation, qualification, and mapping, we are available for advice, support, and service, as well as assistance in preparing your documentation. Our 10-point temperature mapping is measured with traceable certified measuring equipment, and a certificate/report with references is provided after measurement.
